Toddington Village Hall Rates

Tariffs are applied according to the status of the Hirer, using the following categories:

TARIFF A: RESIDENTS - PERSONAL OR SOCIAL
Residents of the Parish of Toddington, bona fide local organisations (as listed in the Deed of Declaration of Trust) or registered charities (where the representative is a resident and the event benefits the charity), for personal, social or fundraising events.
TARIFF B: NON-RESIDENTS - PERSONAL OR SOCIAL
Individuals, or bona fide social or charitable organisations, other than those resident or based in the Parish of Toddington, for personal, social or fundraising events.
TARIFF C: RESIDENTS - COMMERCIAL
Public or semi-public events organised by residents of, or non-personal bodies who are resident in the Parish of Toddington, where an admission or attendance fee is charged, or the event has a commercial purpose or is for commercial gain.
TARIFF D: NON-RESIDENTS - COMMERCIAL
Public or semi-public events organised by individuals or non-personal bodies who are not resident in the Parish of Toddington, where an admission or attendance fee is charged, or the event has a commercial purpose or is for commercial gain.

Personal Tariffs for Residents. The tariff depends on when and for how long you wish to hire the Hall. Figures quoted are in pounds for hourly hire, except where marked "All Facilities", which indicates an inclusive rate. There is minimum hire period of one hour - half hours will be charged at half the hourly rate. Licensing conditions allow the Hall to be open for events from 9.00 a.m. on any day. All events must be completed, and the Hall cleared of participants, by 11.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays, by 12.00 p.m. on Saturdays, and by 10.00 p.m. on Sundays. Hall hire includes use of the stage and kitchen facilities, and lounge hire the use of the built-in bar and facilities. 'All facilities' means hall and lounge together. The use of furniture, fittings, kitchen equipment, heat, light and water is included in the hire fee. 'All Facilities' rates other than at the times shown are available on request for events of similar duration. The tariffs apply to new events booked to be held after 1 April 2007, are reviewed on an annual basis and may be subject to change.
